Installation of floor profiles
Preparation for profile installation
1. Measure
Measure the length first: determine the length required and pay attention to mitres.
2. Plan
A floor plan can be helpful: draw a floor plan and determine how many dowels and screws you are going to need.
3. Cut
Pay attention to mitres when cutting to size. Deburr the cut edges.
Installation with dowels
1. Drill holes
2. Position the dowel within the rail by simply sliding it
3. Knock the profile in place
Installation with screws
1. Drill holes
2. Screw the profile in place
Installation with adhesive tape
1. Remove protective backing
2. Press the profile in place
